1. Single offices are $200 per month and 2 room suites are $300 per month plus one month security deposit.
2. There are eight(8) 2 room suites, two(2) 1 room offices, and one(1) 3 office suite.
3. There are four(4) retail units ranging in price from $500-$1250, plus deposit.
4. Limited free parking is available in the rear of the hotel.
